We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all PermitlyHQ credit pack purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your transaction using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email support@permitlyhq.com with your order details and we will help raise the refund with Paddle.
What you can expect
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
- Once a refund is processed, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account.
- Outside the 30-day window, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case and are at our discretion.
