These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PermitlyHQ website and services (the "Service") provided by PermitlyHQ ("PermitlyHQ", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PermitlyHQ provides AI-assisted visa intelligence, eligibility scoring, document generation, and travel mobility tools. Outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, immigration, or financial advice.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and, if signing up on behalf of an organisation, have authority to bind that organisation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:
- Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to submit false information to authorities.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or upload content you do not have rights to.
- Probe, scan, attack, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
- Use the Service to generate or facilitate spam, harassment, hate, malware, or deepfakes.
- Circumvent technical limits, credit usage, or rate limits.
4. AI outputs
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, verifying accuracy, and having rights to any inputs. We may filter, refuse, or remove content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms. AI outputs should not be relied on as a substitute for licensed immigration counsel.
5. Credits & payments
The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are non-transferable. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms and our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
PermitlyHQ and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, your right to access the Service ends; we will provide a reasonable export window where feasible.
8. Warranties & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify PermitlyHQ against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
